As a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach who is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, as a former executive coach, and as someone who has “been there and done that” by maintaining a 120 pound weight loss and complete lifestyle transformation, I’ll work with you to develop a plan that is your plan and stay with you every step of the way. Our path to wellness will follow three phases:
