During these regularly scheduled 60-minute coaching sessions, we review your progress towards change with your previous goal(s), and determine if those goals should be continued, modified, deleted, or should there be a new goal. As part of these coaching sessions, we will work together to help you move from desires to action by focusing on specific areas for change. We will select specific goals and identify some realistic action steps to meet that goal. Where appropriate, and with your permission, I can provide you with information resources on each of The 7 Dimensions of Well-BeingTM mentioned in My Approach to Health & Wellness.
Goal follow-up sessions are typically scheduled once a week for the desired number of weeks. The amount of goal follow-up sessions is determined in part by the complexity and magnitude of your desired change. To effect significant behavior change, coaching sessions usually last for a period of 12 to 16 consecutive weeks. However, coaching follow-up can be continued or discontinued whenever you, as the client, desire.
All of the Health & Wellness coaching services, from the free 60-minute Initial Consultation, the 90-minute Wellness Vision & Priority Goal Setting session, to the on-going 60-minute Goal Progress & Follow-Up sessions, can be conducted in person if you are located in the Southwest Florida area from Marco Island to Bonita Springs. I will gladly come to your location to conduct our coaching sessions face to face. If you are located outside of the Southwest Florida area, I can work with you by telephone, iChat, FaceTime, or Skype, which will give us visual contact. I have successfully coached many individuals across the US and internationally using these technologies.
